4. What We Could Provide
Available Data
In the event of a valid judicial requisition, the only data that Hashe would be technically able to provide is:
- Hashe ID (anonymous identifier)
- Account creation date
- Platform used (iOS / Android)
- Public encryption keys
- Connection logs retained for 1 year (LCEN obligation)
Data That Is Technically Impossible to Provide
By Hashe's very design, the following data does not exist on our servers and cannot be provided:
- Message content (end-to-end encryption)
- Contact lists
- Private encryption keys
- Sender identity (Sealed Sender)
- Conversation metadata
- Deleted messages (erased upon receipt)
