YOUR ACCOUNT.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Deleting your Hashe account is IMMEDIATE and IRREVERSIBLE. All your data will be permanently erased.

Delete from the Application

Open Hashe

Go to Settings (gear icon)

Scroll down to "Account"

Tap "Delete My Account"

Confirm the deletion

Deleted Data

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased:

  • Hashe ID
  • Public keys
  • Private keys
  • Device information
  • Unread messages
  • Contacts
  • Conversation history
  • Local files and media

Alternative Method by Email

If you cannot access the application, you may request the deletion of your account by email at: [email protected].

Include your Hashe ID if you know it. Processing the request takes up to 48 hours.

Consequences

  • Your contacts will no longer be able to send you messages
  • Your Hashe ID will be released
  • Your local conversations will be erased
  • Messages already sent remain on your contacts' devices
  • It is impossible to recover your account after deletion
